Om Kristina
I'm a British-Australian wind instrumentalist, specialising in classical clarinet chamber music. I received my Bachelor of Music from Griffith University in Australia, which included an exchange year in Gothenburg studying at HSM with Urban Claesson. I loved the city so much, I decided to stay! I am now a freelance musician, and am studying with some of Sweden's leading clarinetists, including Emil Jonason. I also have an Associate of Music from the Australian Music Examination Board, and several years of teaching in schools and privately.
I currently only teach in English.

Hi, my name is Kristina and I'm a wind instrumentalist specialising in clarinet. I have a Bachelor of Music and Associate of Music qualifications, as well as over 5 years of music teaching experience in schools and privately, including students with additional needs. I am also an active professional musician, so I'm keen to share my knowledge of the musical world with my students.
Sharing the skills of making music brings so much joy to me and I would love to help you on your musical journey. Together, we will build a learning plan, based on your time commitments, prior experience and goals. Whether you'd like to learn for your own pleasure, to join a band or to go professional, I have the skills and vision to guide you.

Perfekt! Lugn, metodisk, fokuserad.
Perfekt! Jag har haft lektioner med Kristina ett tag nu och utvecklingen jag ser är helt fantastiskt! Hon är en begåvad musiker och en otroligt duktig lärare! Hon har utformat lektionerna så de passar min kunskapsnivå och tagit mig igenom stegen till att kunna läsa noter och de olika teknikerna för att kunna spela klart och tydligt.
Lektionerna är engagerande och det är roligt att utforska alla krångligheter med musik i gott sällskap.

I have been having lessons with Kristina for a while now and the development im seeing is really amazing! She is a really talented musician and an amazing teacher! She has designed the lessons so they fit my level and walked me through the steps to be able to read sheetmusic and the techniques to play clearly.
