Om Cherie
I am currently assisting Embodied Intimacy (look it up on facebook) in their year long training, and my sessions will mainly be inspired by what I have studied with them. I am being mentored by my teachers as I am exploring giving sessions. If you have anything alive around intimacy or relating you are welcome to bring that or just how up and let your body speak.
I am a Nada Acupuncturist and I might include the knowledge from this in sessions if it feels supportive.

I have a big passion for how to bring more intimacy, transparency and trust into relationship with ourselves and each other. Intimacy to me is about truth. When you realise you can tell someone your truth, when you can show yourself to them and their response is “you’re safe” - that’s intimacy.
My intention is to create a safe space to explore what it is like to be you. The session will partly be inspired by Circling, a relational meditation exploring what’s alive in the present moment and how we impact each other. I will meet you in full transparency and speak from my own experience. We might explore relationship patterns, believes, longings etc. yet always come back to the present moment.
The key for me is to slow down enough to really feel what is moving trough. There is no goal, no fixing.
From my studies of Belly2Belly Practitioner Training I will invite you to keep listening to your body and let it speak (and find out what that even means) We will breath, sound and maybe invite touch. The Belly2Belly journey invites you into a profound felt sense of peace and connection and allows you to drop even deeper into your body, experiencing what it is like to be held in a safe and create more space for what you are experiencing.
