Om Lucas
I've been playing tennis for 18 years. I played NAIA college tennis in San Diego, USA, and was a ranked player in Germany. I hold the C-Trainer Leistungssport (performance coaching) license from the German Tennis Federation (DTB) and have been coaching for 6 years.
As a coach, I'm very technique-oriented: I love analysing strokes in detail and helping players understand not just what to change, but why. Lessons are in English or German.

Lessons in English or German (no Swedish) - perfect for expats, international students and anyone who prefers to train in English.
Whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or preparing for tournaments, my lessons are built around one thing: clean, efficient technique. I break down each stroke (grip, footwork, swing path, contact point) and rebuild it step by step, so your progress lasts and your game holds up under pressure.
Every session is adapted to your level and goals. Beginners learn solid fundamentals from day one, while advanced and competitive players work on stroke refinement, consistency, match tactics and point construction. Kids, teenagers and adults are all welcome.
In person: on court in Gothenburg.
Online: video analysis of your strokes or matches, with clear corrections and drills you can practice on your own.
Your first lesson is free, so we can get to know each other, assess your game and set goals together.
