Hi, I’m David! I was born and raised in Ostrava, Czech Republic, but my journey has taken me across the world. I left home at a young age, spending some time in Greece before moving to Ireland, where I lived and worked for eight years, followed by nine years in Singapore. Now, I’ve settled in Gothenburg, Sweden, where my husband and I have built our home.
Professionally, I have over a decade of experience in the tech industry, specialising in Customer Support and HR. My background has given me a deep understanding of communication, people, and how to create meaningful learning experiences.
I look forward to helping you on your journey to mastering Czech!

In our first lesson, we’ll discuss your goals—whether you want to master formal Czech, navigate everyday conversations, or pick up fun slang to sound more natural. From there, we’ll create a personalised learning plan that suits your needs and learning style.
I provide structured materials for grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, but I also focus on real-life situations, helping you gain confidence in work, travel, education, or social settings.
Lessons are a minimum of 30 minutes, with the option to extend based on your needs. Let’s make learning Czech engaging and practical—I look forward to supporting you on your language journey!
