Om Mitch
I am a native Greek speaker originally from Greece and currently based in Stockholm. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and several years of experience giving private lessons, alongside a long professional background in creative industries and education.
Teaching has always been an important part of my professional life. I enjoy sharing knowledge, working with people from different backgrounds and finding ways to make complex things clear and approachable.
I want to teach Greek not only as a language, but also as a living part of everyday life and culture. My aim is to create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and gradually building confidence in their Greek.

My lessons are adapted to each student’s level, goals and interests. I combine conversation, grammar, vocabulary, reading and practical exercises, with a strong focus on helping students use Greek naturally and confidently.
I am a native Greek speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, which has given me a strong academic background in the humanities, language and textual analysis. I also have several years of experience giving private lessons.
Lessons can be 45, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the student’s level, goals and preferences. I teach adults and younger students, from complete beginners to more advanced learners, whether you want to learn Greek for everyday communication, improve your existing skills, or develop a deeper understanding of the Greek language and culture.
I believe that learning a language should be structured but never intimidating. My approach is supportive, flexible and adapted to the way each student learns best.
