I take my responsibility as a tutor seriously and focus on creating a respectful, supportive, and well-organized learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their confidence. I prepare each lesson carefully, adapt to the student’s learning pace, and ensure that the information provided is accurate, relevant, and useful for academic or professional growth.
My goal is to help students not only understand HR concepts but also develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their studies and future careers.

I view private lessons as an opportunity to provide personalized learning that focuses on each student’s goals, pace, and strengths. My teaching approach is interactive and practical, combining clear explanations, real-life HR and business examples, case studies, and guided discussions to help students understand concepts and apply them effectively.
My lessons typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, allowing enough time for explanation, practice, and questions. I encourage active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving so that students gain both theoretical understanding and practical insight.
I hold a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kenyatta University and have over 10 years of professional experience in HR, administration, and recruitment. This practical experience allows me to connect academic concepts with real workplace situations.
My lessons are suitable for university and college students, professionals studying HR or business management, and individuals who want to strengthen their knowledge in human resources and organizational management.
