People often tell me I have a down to earth approach that helps them feel immediately at ease and comfortable. My goal is always to create a space where you can speak freely, feel heard, and leave our conversation feeling more confident and clear about your next steps.
My coaching sessions are designed to create a safe, non judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals at your own pace. Active listening, empathy, and practical insights are the foundation of my approach, helping you not just understand yourself better, but also giving you tools for lasting transformation.
In each session, I tailor my guidance to your unique experiences, whether you're dealing with neurodivergence, CPTSD, or are simply on a journey of personal growth. Together, we will work through the specific challenges you’re facing, gaining clarity and building actionable steps toward healing and growth.
I offer 45 to 60 minute sessions, with flexibility based on your needs, ensuring that every coaching experience is as valuable as possible.
Although I don't hold formal coaching certifications, I bring a wealth of life experience and a passion for psychology, sociology, and personal growth to each session. I specialize in supporting people with neurodivergence, CPTSD, and anyone seeking personal development, though my coaching is open to anyone who seeks support and self-discovery.
