Om Niki
I focus on pronunciation in my lessons, because that is usually what people want lessons for.
I use an online curriculum which can asses a student’s level accurately and design a custom-made teaching plan for each student. This enables a structured and organized progression to learning, that a student can also recognize.
This curriculum also enables homework, and all different kinds of lessons which may be required including IELTS and Business English.
In my free time I exercise, read, write, dance, and spend time in nature.

My name is Niki, and I am from the USA.
I have several years of experience teaching English online, and I am familiar with TPR (using body language to teach children) and how to conduct online classes. I understand what is expected of me, and I always strive to go above and beyond what is expected. I also have a background and experience in marketing.
Additionally, I have one year of public school teaching experience, as well as private tutoring in Sweden and abroad.
In August 2017, I received my 320 hour TEFL certificate after three weeks of in-class experience. I do have previous classroom time already, however.
In my last position I worked part-time for Jiliguala/Ohana an online English teaching companies in China teaching English to young learners. In the U.S., I taught theater to 4th, 5th, and 6th graders for one school year, and it was the most rewarding thing I have done in my life.
