Om Julia
After receiving my Bachelor's degree in classical flute in Poland, I continued my Master's in Stockholm. During these years I became interested in different genres, therefore I have finished a course in jazz saxophone, where I gained skills in improvised music. I have been performing with various orchestras and bands in Sweden, but also abroad. Since a young age I loved working with others and sharing my knowledge, so I decided to try working as a private flute teacher, which I absolutely loved! It gives me inspiration and joy to share and create with the students. I have worked as a flute teacher for 2 years at the Waldorf Music School in Budapest, held many group music lessons for youth, and worked at summer music camps. I am an active musician gaining new experiences everyday.

Throughout all the years I have been teaching I have set up a method to both focus on technique and musicality. The most important for me as a teacher that my students feel comfortable and have fun with music. As I have great experience in different genres, including classical music, jazz, folk or pop, I am aiming at finding what the student could be interested in but at the same time showing new ways of musicmaking.
