Om Alisa
I’m a former ballet dancer with 18 years on stage. I was trained in the Vaganova and Bournonville styles, and ballet has been my whole world since childhood.
Now I love sharing it with others - helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the beauty of dance. I teach with care, structure, and a lot of heart.

Hi! I’m a former ballet dancer with 18 years of stage experience and a deep love for teaching. I was trained in the Vaganova method and also in the Bournonville style, and I offer fun, structured, and personal lessons for kids (from 9+) and adults of all levels.
I teach classical ballet, pointe work, stretching, and choreography - whether you’re a beginner or want to improve your technique or flexibility. Ballet classes are 1.5 hours, stretching or choreography sessions are 1 hour.
Lessons are available online or in person in Stockholm.
I create a warm, supportive space where you can grow, move beautifully, and feel great in your body.
I teach in English, Norwegian, or Russian - whichever you feel most comfortable with.
