Om Arianna
I have a passion for teaching in general, so much so that I would like to make it my job in life. I have experience in teaching Italian to migrant people as a volunteer, from early alphabetisation up to intermediate level.
Additionally, I am passionate about foreign languages, having studied them in a specialised high school and continuing to do so now on my own. At the moment, I am learning Japanese, which helps me immensely in understanding Your possible struggles as a student, as well as in devising the most efficient and various ways to learn each side of a language.
I was born and raised in Genoa. I have a bachelor degree in legal studies from the University of Turin, and I am currently studying for my master degree in human rights in Stockholm. I have a calm and introverted (but not shy nor uncheerful!) personality, and I will do my best to make our lessons the most pleasant and with the right amount of lightheartedness to motivate You to keep going even when learning gets tough!

I would like to adapt our lessons to Your preferences! Our time together can include :
- Conversation practice
- Reading comprehension
- Writing practice (both creative writing and dictation)
- Vocabulary building and drills through flashcards and quizzes
- Listening comprehension (I like to use YouTube to watch videos together, to then discuss about the topics mentioned and review vocabulary)
- Grammar review and practice
If You already have textbooks and materials, we can work on them together!
I will gladly teach to anyone, including children and elderly people! One step at a time, whichever Your level, we will build upon it with patience and care. (^^)
