Each foreign language teacher has my own way of helping certain students to tackle a new language.
I apply the essentials for a good pronunciation when speaking Spanish and even make the student or practitioner speak with a neutral accent.
First I teach the methodology in pronunciation, something basic and important that can never be forgotten.
Students often have serious pronunciation problems, which can interfere with the rest of their learning. I take the time to address the sounds of the different vowels and consonants in Spanish before moving on to the next classes.
* Students whose mother tongue is Swedish should not have problems with Spanish phonetics, as they will go from a very complex system to a much simpler one.
* Vowels in Spanish do not vary in duration or tone, and when there is some variation it is not so significant.
* Much of the pronunciation in Spanish is phonetic (the elements are pronounced as seen), although it can be difficult for students to become familiar with the sound of the Spanish “r” (pronounced with a vibration in the upper part of the mouth) and the fact that "ll" is pronounced as "y".

I work with a lot of emphasis on the pronunciation of accents and accents in words. The accent is of the utmost importance, as an accent on another syllable can change a word completely. There are also unstressed syllables (at the word level) and rhythm (at the sentence level). Once again I reiterate, students whose mother tongue is Swedish are fortunate, as the Spanish system is simpler than English and Swedish.
* Spanish is a relatively easy language to learn, especially compared to English and Swedish, due to their inconsistent spelling and word meanings.
Also one of the most important concepts when teaching Spanish is conjugating verbs and helping students understand how those words change with tenses and uses. Most of the Spanish verbs are regular, with the verb form -ar, -er or -ir ... I always make sure that my students learn the common verb forms and, in this way, they can better understand the Spanish language like everything else. .
