Om Albin
My name is Albin, I am 29 years old and started to learn to play the piano by myself at the age of 19.
At the age of 22 I started to study classical music-composition at Oskarshamns Folkhögskola but after one year of studies I chose to study jazzpiano instead; which I ended up doing for 3 years all together. One year at Oskarshamns folkhögskola and two years at St:Sigfrid folkhögskola.
After 4 years of music-studies I applied to the Musicteacher-program (with jazz as my main genre) at Musikhögskolan i Malmö where I just finished my third year (out of five).

The lessons will primarily be based on what the student is interested in learning and what feels relevant for them. If the student doesn't know what they should be practicing I as a teacher will help them by giving material to work on based on what I believe could help the student improve their piano-playing. The most important is that we through communication shape the lessons to be something the student finds relevant and fun.
My lessons are primarily fitted for beginners and intermediate piano-players and works for all ages. The lesson can either be 45 or 60 minutes long based on the students preferences.
My primarily language is Swedish but I can also teach in English.
