Om Gabriel
I recently completed my Master's Degree in Music Performance at Piteå School of Music, Luleå University of Technology, Sweden.
My teaching background began with a Music Teacher Degree in Musicology and Music Pedagogy from the Academy of Music in Cluj-Napoca, Romania (2010).
Following graduation, I moved to Copenhagen to immerse myself in its vibrant rhythmic music scene. During this time, I became an accredited music teacher through the Danish Ministry of Higher Education and Science and taught private guitar lessons in Copenhagen and the surrounding area. Alongside teaching, I have been actively involved in live performances and studio recordings across a wide range of styles, including funk, rock, soul, blues, world music, and fusion.
In 2021, I completed a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music Performance (Guitar Major, First Class Honours) at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London.
With more than 20 years of performing experience and over 15 years of teaching, I remain passionate about helping students grow musically while continuing to develop as a performer and educator.

We will be spending quality time together in the pursuit of helping you take your guitar playing to the next level and showing you the right steps along the way. Whether you have been playing for years or are just thinking about picking up the guitar for the first time, you are very welcome.
You will receive a personalized learning plan tailored to your goals, together with supporting pedagogical materials such as scores, music theory worksheets, exercises, and other relevant resources.
Lessons are conducted in English.
Having recently relocated to Malmö, I now offer lessons in three different formats:
At my home studio: 600 SEK/hour
At the student's home (within Malmö): 750 SEK/hour (provided that suitable parking is available nearby, including paid parking)
Online lessons: 550 SEK/hour
