Om Tijana
Hi, I am Tijana, a Corporate ESL Specialist and the founder of VeraLing.
Over the past four years, I have worked with managers, executives, and professional teams at global companies like Nestlé, Unilever, Santander, Scotiabank, and Electrolux. I have also trained teams at engineering and mining firms. With more than 6,000 registered teaching hours, I deeply understand how to help professionals communicate effectively on a global scale.
I hold a TEFL/TESOL certification from the World TESOL Academy in London. I am fully certified in supporting diverse learning profiles, including ADHD and Dyslexia. This training lets me adapt my methods to how your brain naturally processes information, making learning faster and less stressful.
Before I entered the corporate training world, I earned a Master’s degree in Human Genetics. That scientific background completely shaped my approach to teaching. I do not focus on boring grammar drills or generic textbook exercises. Instead, I use a highly structured, analytical approach designed to help busy professionals build real confidence and handle international business settings naturally.

My classes are designed specifically for adult professionals, corporate executives, and career-driven individuals who need to use English at a high level every day. I work with all levels, from professionals who are just starting out with English to advanced speakers who want to polish their delivery.
Please note: I do not teach children and teenagers
How our sessions work
• First Session (30-Minute Consultation): Completely free. We will use this time to talk about your specific job, find your current weak spots, and see how our AI simulators work live on screen.
• Standard Sessions (60 Minutes): Focused, one-on-one coaching built around your immediate workplace tasks.
• Deep-Dive Workshops (90 Minutes): Available on request. These longer sessions are perfect if you need a dry-run for an upcoming presentation, intense interview preparation, or a major meeting.
My teaching style and methods
I keep everything practical, direct, and focused on real-world business challenges. We don't waste time on academic theory. Our work centers on:
• Real Workplace Scenarios: We prepare for what you actually do at work—handling tough job interviews, leading team meetings on Zoom or Teams, making pitches, and running cross-border negotiations.
• Clear, Data-Driven Feedback: Because of my research background, I track your progress closely and give you clear, structured feedback after our sessions so you know exactly what to improve.
• Voice-Interactive AI Simulations: To help you practice between our classes, I build custom voice-interactive AI simulators tailored exactly to your specific job function. If you have an interview at a tech company, a salary negotiation, or a board presentation coming up, I set up a custom AI scenario for it. You can talk to it 24/7 and practice your arguments. The AI simulator tracks your speech and gives you detailed, actionable feedback after every single session, so you can fix your mistakes instantly and feel completely ready when the real moment arrives.
