My students are teenagers and children. I have my techniques that help the students gain understanding. The most important thing when learning new things is comprehension. I have a lot of patience and try to assist students in different ways as not everyone understands in the same manner. That means each person can absorb information in different ways.
My approach involves finding a method that suits my students' learning style. For instance, if a student is a child needing lessons, I can teach through play in English. If they're a teenager, we communicate in English and discuss areas where they require assistance. I can also gather different students together as a team or group to learn collaboratively, face new challenges, and get to know new people.
