If the client wishes for Mr. Cialdella to prepare custom lessons or presentations there will be an additional charge of 100 SEK per lesson. These custom lessons will be made in the form of a PowerPoint presentation or PDF and be given to the student to use as they wish at the start of the scheduled lesson. If the client wishes for additional custom resources to be created for them to use in or outside of the lesson, Mr. Cialdella, and the client will discuss a payment to be made depending upon the request or complexity of this additional material.

Cancelation policy:
Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. The client is expected to pay in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. If the client cancels the lesson after the payment is provided or within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, they will not be reimbursed for that lesson or any other lessons that may apply. If the client wishes to reschedule one or more lessons, they must request this no later than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. If clients need to reschedule the lesson, Mr. Cialdella will provide his available time(s) that the client may reschedule to.
