Om Layal
Hi my name is Layal and at the moment, I am living in Sweden. I speak English, Arabic and Swedish. I tutor English to children and adults. As a teacher, I support, advise, and prepare students to use what they have learned inside and outside the classroom. I have also had the benefit of teaching many levels (starters, elementary, intermediate, pre-advanced…), in addition to preparing students for different Cambridge exams. I strongly believe that each student has a different learning style; therefore it is necessary to conduct lessons according to the students’ needs and abilities in a fun learning environment.
In addition to teaching, I also have a passion for the arts. I graduated university with a degree in graphics design, and recreationally, I enjoy making digital art and pottery.
Im also a quite active person, my physical fitness is very important for me, I spend however much time at the gym additionally I take part in recreational football teams.

I am an English Cambridge CELTA educator. I also have a degree in Graphics Design . For over 8 years, I have been an English Language teacher in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. I have extensive experience preparing students for the PET, KET, IELTS, BEC and other proficiency exams.
Since I have remained a language learner myself, I realize how important is to have an instructor that is creative, understanding and professional. I know that I possess these qualities. I strongly believe learning should be enjoyable and beneficial.
For each lesson, I set a language objective which should be reached by the end of the session. I try to incorporate the use of all skills in every lesson - listening, reading, writing and a heavy emphasis on speaking. Since each student learns differently, I cater my lessons to each individual's learning style and needs. I try to find learning material that is entertaining and relevant for my lessons such as videos, podcasts or other online sources.
