Om Sam
I have a PhD in Physics and more than 12 years of university-level teaching experience. I have taught physics to students with different academic backgrounds and levels of preparation, including mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, optics, waves, and modern physics. I have also taught basic Mathematics.
My private lessons are primarily intended for high-school, college, and early university students who want to strengthen their understanding of physics, prepare for examinations, work through difficult concepts, or develop greater confidence in solving physics problems.

A typical 60-minute online lesson includes:
A brief discussion of the student's learning goals and prior understanding.
-An interactive explanation of the key physics concepts, using examples and visual illustrations where appropriate.
-Guided problem-solving, where we work through questions together step by step.
-Short questions or quizzes during and at the end of the lesson to check understanding.
-Additional practice questions or suggestions for further study when appropriate.
My goal is not simply to help students memorize formulas, but to help them understand the ideas behind the formulas and learn how to apply physics concepts to unfamiliar problems.
