Om Aanya
Hi! My name is Aanya, and I am a recent high school graduate and current university student studying International Management. Having recently finished high school myself, I understand how challenging schoolwork, homework, and studying can sometimes feel.
I am a patient, friendly, and encouraging person, and I want my lessons to feel comfortable and positive. Outside of my studies, I enjoy dancing, going to the gym, listening to music, reading books, travelling, and trying new things. I also enjoy meeting new people and learning about different perspectives and cultures.
I enjoy helping others and have always liked explaining things to people when they need help. I want to teach because I believe that a little extra support can make a big difference in how confident someone feels about a subject. I enjoy finding simple ways to explain things and helping students understand concepts rather than just memorising answers.
My goal as a tutor is to help students feel more confident in their abilities while making learning a little more enjoyable!

My lessons are focused on making homework and studying feel less stressful and more manageable. I believe that everyone learns differently, so I try to adapt my explanations and teaching style to what works best for each student.
Rather than simply giving answers, I want to help students understand the topic and develop the confidence to solve problems on their own. I can explain difficult concepts in a simple and clear way, go through homework step by step, and help students identify what they are struggling with.
I also want lessons to feel comfortable and encouraging. There is no need to worry about getting something wrong – mistakes are a normal part of learning! My goal is to create a supportive environment where students can ask questions, work at their own pace, and leave the lesson feeling more confident about their schoolwork.
Whether you need help understanding a difficult topic, completing homework, preparing for a test, or simply want someone to guide you through your schoolwork, I would be happy to help!
