Om Paulina
I truly value learning and believe that education should be accessible, meaningful, and adapted to each individual. I have a background in psychology, childcare, and education, with additional training in study techniques, learning support, and how to create inclusive learning environments.
Over the years, I’ve worked with both children and adults, and I understand how different people learn in different ways. I’m especially experienced in helping students with ADD/ADHD and other learning differences, using strategies that make studying more effective, motivating, and less stressful.
Languages are a passion of mine—I speak Swedish (native), English (fluent), and Italian (advanced)—and I love helping others build confidence in speaking and understanding.
Whether you need help with a language, study planning, or math, I aim to create lessons that are supportive, flexible, and focused on your personal goals.

My lessons are always adapted to your needs, level, and learning style. Whether you’re learning Swedish, English, or Italian, I focus on making language practical, engaging, and fun. We work with conversation, grammar, writing, or pronunciation—depending on your goals.
If you’re a beginner, I’ll guide you step by step. If you’re more advanced, we’ll fine-tune your skills and boost your confidence in real-life situations.
I also help with study techniques, organization, and learning strategies—especially useful for students with ADD/ADHD or similar challenges. Together, we’ll find the best way for you to learn.
For younger learners or school support, I can assist with math and study planning too.
Lessons are always supportive and encouraging. I believe everyone can learn with the right guidance and a bit of patience!
