Om Anastasiia
More than half of my career was spent teaching English to different students, so I understand the dynamics of a learning environment and how to create and lead a tight-knit team, not a class. Big and small classes, hyperactive kids and moody teens, team-building issues, and helping to find students' likes and personalities were a huge part of my job. And I'm into it so much. The motivations of my students were always incredibly high, so that had to be matched by the quality of the teaching.
