Om Beba
i! I'm a native Yemeni who’s lived in several Arab countries, including Yemen, Morocco, and Lebanon. Growing up around so many different cultures and nationalities gave me a deep understanding of various Arabic dialects — and honestly, I’ve picked up a lot just by being surrounded by friends from all over the Arab world!
I studied Graphic Design and currently work as a freelance graphic designer. I also trained as a news presenter, so my pronunciation — especially in Modern Standard Arabic — is clear, confident, and media-level accurate.
When I teach, I always start by asking the student what helps them remember best — do they learn more through reading, or are they more of a visual learner who remembers scenes and stories? From there, I build the lessons around what works best for them. I love using scenes from Arabic films and series to make language learning fun, memorable, and connected to real-life situations. Whether you're learning Arabic for travel, culture, work, or just for the love of the language — I’ve got your back!

I’m fluent in Modern Standard Arabic, which I’ve studied and used all my life — it’s the foundation of how I communicate and teach. I also have experience working in media, so my pronunciation is spot on! Teaching Arabic is something I genuinely enjoy, and I love making the learning experience fun, engaging, and easy to remember.
My teaching style includes using clips from popular Arabic series and films — because learning through stories and real-life conversations makes the language stick naturally. I teach all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners, and I tailor each lesson to fit the student’s goals and interests. Whether you're into MSA or curious about dialects like Egyptian, Yemeni, Levantine, or Gulf, I’ll help you speak with confidence — and we’ll have plenty of fun along the way!
