Om Kanak
I’m a second-year BSc Electrical Engineering student at Eindhoven University of Technology, and have completed my high school in Katedralskolan, Lund. In IB, I took Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry at Higher Level. Having been through rigorous international and technical education myself, I understand the challenges students face — and the value of clear, supportive guidance that I often wished I had.
I started tutoring because I genuinely enjoy helping others understand complex subjects and build their confidence. Teaching allows me to share my passion for math and science, while also helping students achieve their academic goals in a relaxed and motivating environment. I'm patient, organized, and professional in my approach, and always strive to create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively engaging in their learning.
Whether you're preparing for an exam, catching up, or aiming to excel further, I’m committed to supporting you with the same dedication I bring to my own studies.

My teaching method is student-centered: I first identify the student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning style, then tailor the lessons to build deep understanding and confidence. I focus on simplifying complex concepts, using real-world examples (especially from engineering and physics), and encouraging problem-solving over memorization. Lessons are typically 60-90 minutes long, but can be adjusted based on the student’s needs and goals.
As an IB graduate with Higher Level Physics and Math, and currently a second-year BSc Electrical Engineering student at TU Eindhoven, I bring both academic excellence and hands-on experience. I am a Teaching and Technical Assistant in TU Eindhoven in subjects related to physics and mathematics. I’ve helped peers and younger students with exam preparation, understanding difficult concepts, and improving grades.
My lessons are ideal for high school, IB students and first-year university students who want to strengthen their foundation in Physics or Math.
