Om Negar
I decided to study Physics when I was 15 years old because I fell in love with the subject. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physics, and since Astronomy has always been my passion, I pursued a Master's degree in Astrophysics at Chalmers University.
I always wanted to be an astrophysicist, so I continued my studies and was admitted to a PhD program in the UK despite numerous challenges. However, life doesn't always go as planned. Due to some issues, I had to leave my PhD program and return to Sweden.
I then decided to teach what I had learned to students, helping them to appreciate and love Math and Physics, and to make informed choices for their bachelor's programs. I love being in an educational environment, constantly engaging with Math, and finding satisfaction in seeing my students excel in problem-solving.
Nowadays, programming is one of the essential skills. I plan to include basic Python (or C or C++) in my curriculum so that my students can start learning it and prepare for their academic life at university.
During my PhD program, I served as a Marker and Demonstrator for one of the undergraduate modules. This experience has made me confident in my ability to teach effectively.

I have no official teaching experience, so this would be my first teaching role. I am ready to teach Math (including all topics) and Physics for all grades in 45-60 minute sessions.
I can explain problems clearly, helping students develop a love for Math and Physics. Additionally, I can assist and encourage graduating high school students in writing their CVs and choosing their preferred programs for university studies.
I am proficient in Python programming and can help students solve problems using it, which will be essential for their academic studies.
