My Yoga journey started in school, where I proudly represented Delhi, India’s capital, in national-level Yoga competitions and won several awards. That experience shaped my path — I chose Yoga as my profession and have been teaching ever since. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of students and professionals find peace, strength, and balance through Yoga

Group classes are available for small or large groups at homes, offices, gyms, wellness studios, or community centers

Each student has unique goals — whether it’s flexibility, weight management, strength building, or mental calmness.
I design custom Yoga programs including:
Asanas (postures) for mobility and strength
Pranayama (breathwork) for inner balance
Guided relaxation & meditation for stress relief
Weekly progress tracking and posture correction
Special Programs for Beginners, Pregnant Women & Postnatal Recovery
I offer specialized sessions designed with care and safety:
Beginner Yoga: Step-by-step foundation, posture correction, and breathing control
Prenatal Yoga: Safe and gentle practices to support pregnancy and prepare for childbirth
Postnatal Yoga: Restorative sessions to regain strength, balance hormones, and improve posture after delivery
Each program is adapted to the student’s needs and health condition with focus on mindfulness, calmness, and physical well-being.
