Om Karina
I started to practise yoga when I was 12 and started to teach when I was 16. By now yoga has become not a practice, but a lifestyle, which I cannot imagine my life without.
I sincerely believe that yoga can contribute a lot to the standard and quality of life of everybody and I look forward to spread the knowledge all around the world as well as to contribute to the improvment of health of others.
So, 10 years of practice, 6 years of teaching experience, certificate issued by Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy and I, who looks forward to share with you this wholesome knowledge.

Online yoga classes are for both beginners and advanced students. During classes we will focus on 5 points of yoga, which are proper breathing, proper exercise, proper relaxation, proper diet and meditation.
If you want to improve your physical and\or mental well-being, or if you just want to know more about the science of yoga, my online yoga classes would assist you a lot. Looking forward to see you on the mat!
